Regarding Lot 2A, this lot is entitled and has city sewer, water and all dry utilities to the property. We had extended city sewer to this property and to my knowledge, the property to the on Hwy-2 to the west that sold does not have city sewer. Lot 3A was sold for $230,000. ($9.55 psf)

We would like to list the property at $12.00 psf. ($270,000) Let us know your thoughts.
